At Wallartstyle.com, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for art lovers worldwide. We ship 100% hand-painted original oil paintings with care, using professional packaging to ensure safe arrival. All orders are processed from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
Order Cutoff Time & Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 00:00 in your selected timezone will be considered for same-day processing if submitted before this cutoff. Orders placed after cutoff are processed the next business day.

Processing/Handling Time: 3 business days.
This is the time from order placement (after cutoff) to when the order is prepared and handed off to the carrier. Processing occurs Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
If you place an order on a weekday before cutoff and it's ready to ship same day (rare for custom/handmade items), it may ship faster — but we conservatively use 3 days to match your GMC configuration and ensure realistic expectations.
Custom orders or high-demand pieces may occasionally take the full 3 days for quality checks and secure packaging.


Transit Time

Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days for all destinations.
This is the estimated time from when the carrier picks up the package to delivery to the customer. Transit operates Monday to Friday (carrier-dependent; some may deliver Saturdays).
We use reliable carriers: DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Actual transit may vary slightly due to carrier routes, weather, peak seasons, or local holidays.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Overall Estimated Delivery: 6 to 7 business days from order placement.
This is a conservative estimate to comply with Google Merchant Center guidelines, which use the maximum values for display in Shopping ads and free listings to set accurate customer expectations.
U.S. domestic: Often faster (5–8 business days total).
International: May take longer due to customs clearance (add 1–5 extra days possible; we notify via tracking).
Delivery estimates do not include weekends, U.S. holidays, or customs delays. GMC automatically adjusts for holidays and cutoff times.


Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. For non-free locations, shipping costs are transparently calculated based on your address, package weight/dimensions, and carrier rates.
Important Notes for International Orders

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges. These are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. Check your local customs authority before ordering.
We cannot control customs delays or additional fees — these are outside our responsibility.
Some countries restrict artwork imports; we will inform you if an order cannot ship.

Tracking & Support

Full tracking is provided via email once the order ships.
If your order is delayed or issues arise (e.g., damage in transit), contact us immediately at info@wallart.com with your order number and tracking info. We partner with carriers for claims and resolutions.
